During these unprecedented times, we recognize the need to do all we can to ensure the health and safety of our guests and associates. We will continue to closely monitor and follow guidelines from the CDC and local health departments. 

We are also taking standards for hygiene and cleanliness very seriously and are adding additional steps to surpass the standards set forth for our industry. We will continue to monitor and adjust our services and offerings based on industry and regulatory directives.

PER FAYETTEVILLE CITY ORDINANCE: MASK WILL BE REQUIRED TO ENTER THE BUILDING AND MUST REMAIN ON WHILE IN PUBLIC AREAS.

Below are specific areas we are addressing throughout the guest experience within our hotel.


The following services will be unavailable until further notice to reduce guest interaction:

  • Complimentary lobby coffee station
  • Daily housekeeping service; however, amenities and linen will be provided upon request
  • Dine-in service is limited at Ella’s Table and Lambeth Lounge; however, to-go and in-room dining will be available

Arrival

  • A plexiglass shield has been installed between the front desk agent and guest to ensure limited contact. 
  • Chip readers have been placed six feet away from the desk to ensure limited contact at check-in.
  • Bell carts are available for guest use. Our team will wipe them down with disinfectant after each use. 
  • A hand sanitizing station has been placed near the front desk and elevator. 
  • Employees will be provided with masks and gloves to wear during their shift.

Lobby & Corridors

  • Public areas will be cleaned with increased frequency, focusing on hard surfaces.
  • Touchless sanitizing dispensers will be mounted throughout public areas.

Guest Room

  • EPA-registered disinfectant products will be used in guest rooms.
  • There will be a strong focus on cleaning high touch points such as the remote control, telephone, and door knobs.

Banquets & Catering

  • Revised floor plans will allow for proper distancing.
  • Our service team will continue to follow all CDC and state guidelines.

Ella’s Table and Lambeth Lounge

  • Our restaurant is open for limited dine-in service.

Dinner Service: Wednesday - Saturday 4 pm - 9 pm
Brunch Service: Saturday - Sunday 10 am - 2 pm 

  • Tables have been placed 10 feet apart.
  • Reusable menus will be disinfected after each use.
  • Table settings have been removed and will be placed upon guest arrival.

Departure

  • Bell carts are available and sanitized after each use.
  • Guests do not need to come to the front desk to check out, but can instead leave the keys in their room and a receipt will be emailed after departure.

  • For a full refund, please cancel 24 hours before arrival date.*
  • Guests who booked via online travel agents or other third-party travel professionals are advised to contact their booking provider for information on their policies.
